Lesson 14 – The Pillars of Imaan (Part 1):
That the source of all goodness, and the aversion of all harm in this world and in the Hereafter is a result of having the correct Imaan.
That Imaan is a pure favour from Allah which He bestows upon whomever He wills.
That Allah gives an example of Imaan as being like a sturdy tree which is firmly entrenched. If the tree was to be cut from its base it would perish, just as the absence of the pillars of Imaan will also make it perish.
That true and correct Imaan must be accompanied with good deeds. The two are inseparable from one another.
