7. Praying upon the deceased(salaatul janaza):

d. After the fourthtakbeera,onetasleemto the right is made.

When makingdu’aafor the deceased, the pronoun (female, dual or plural) is used which corresponds to the condition of the deceased.

If the deceased is a miscarried child or an infant, then they are still prayed upon, howeverdu’aais made for their parents.
