Lesson 31 – The categories oftawheed– Part 5

Tawheed al-Asmaa was-Sifaat.

It is to have firm belief in everything which has been established in the Quran and authentic Sunnah regarding Allah’s Names and Attributes, in a manner befitting His Majesty.

Evidences from Surat al-Shoora, Surat Maryam, Surat al-Ikhlaas and Surat al-Nahl.

We establish Allah’s Names and Attributes without distortion (tahreef), denial(ta’teel), asking how(takyeef)or resembling (tamtheel). All of these are considered as blasphemy(ilhaad).
